Enjoy, if you get the chance try a ‘curd tart’. They won’t be as good as my grans, but even poor curd tarts are good.
‘Looking for Trouble’ by Cath Staincliffe – oh, that’s you – arrived today. I just have to start at the beginning and the trouble I had finding a copy!
Ah – I never made it to any cake shops or the infamous Betty’s. Glad you got hold of the book. They are just out as eBooks and will be re-issued as paperbacks again but I don’t have dates for that yet.
